Jugal Kishore MP unveiled the Statue of Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar at R.S Pura

Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament Lok Sabha Jammu Poonch along with Former Minister Sham Lal Choudhary,President Municipal Committee RS Pura Satpal Pappi, District Development Council Member Vidhya Mutton unveiled the statue of Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar at RS Pura in Jammu South Constituency.

District President BJP Jammu South Rekha Mahajan,BJP Border Belt Sunil Dutt,SDM RS Pura Ramlal,AEE Bhupinder Singh,EO Municipal Committee,Gurcharan Pamma Chairman Co-operative Society,Councillors and others were also present at the occasion.

Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament while addressing the gathering present at the occasion said that deeds of Dr Bheem Rao Ambedkar to India and Society can never be forgotten.He said Dr. Saab always fought to stop discrimination in various class & creeds.He said that In 1947 Ambedkar became the law minister of the government of India. He took a leading part in the framing of the Indian constitution, outlawing discrimination against untouchables, and skillfully helped to steer it through the assembly.He said Dr. Ambedkar was popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar and everyone knows that he was one of the architects of the Indian Constitution. He was a very well-known political leader, eminent jurist, Buddhist activist, philosopher, anthropologist, historian, orator, writer, economist, scholar and editor, too.He said that installation of his statue at public place in RS Pura will always remind us about his great works & deeds.

He said that this respect should be given to Babasaheb in R.S Pura from Long time but previous governments always ignored them.He said that Congress & NC led governments always used their names only in the time of voting but did nothing for them to give respect.He said that BJP led Government in Center under the great leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is also working on the subject to give fame to all those heroes who fought for the formation of Nation.Member of Parliament said that this statue will always inspire the youth and people of R.S Pura and other areas to work for the development of mankind and the society.

Satpal Pappi President Municipal Committee RS Pura & Former Minister Sham Lal greeted the Member of Parliament and thanked him for sparing his valuable time to visit R.S Pura and unveiling the statue.Sham lal Choudhary Former Minister also congratulated Municipal Committee R.S Pura for working in such a great cause.
